This luxurious four bedroom villa with en suite bathrooms has been designed for a refreshing escape. With all the glamour and extensive design as in the other villas, including its private infinity pool, large outdoor space, and private parking, this villa can also accommodate our disabled guests. The main level of Villa 2023 has been carefully planned for wheelchair access to the main level bedroom and en-suite bathroom, as well as access to the private outdoor space and pool, allowing everyone to enjoy.
Villa specifications
The villa’s accommodations are spread across three floors. You enter the villa on the ground floor. Here you’ll find an open space kitchen and living area. After sliding the glass doors and walking on the private balcony, a dining table which seats eight awaits for you to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner by the pool, overlooking the Sivota village and the Ionian sea. Flat screen TV’s are located in all rooms of the villa along with free wi-fi service and cable TV to watch movies, sports, music and kids’ TV channels.
The kitchen on the main floor is with fitted appliances, including a large fridge, dishwasher oven, microwave and coffee maker. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely bright lounge area with seating for four and patio doors that lead directly out onto the dining terrace and pool.
There are two bedrooms on the lower floor: a double or king size bedroom with outdoor access, and a double or king size bedroom with no outdoor access. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms which include a walk-in shower.
On the upper level of the villa there is one more king size bedroom with en suite bathroom which starting October 2022 will have its own private deck. All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outside the villa is well maintained with all its furnishings and garden space. Each villa has a private infinity pool, perfect for families.
